We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don’t have this, please include a note with your order number - otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are sending items over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please email If you email@example.com and we will help you from there.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
